Our e-commerce experience comes from both sides of the market: from building an enterprise commerce platform with storefront core, shop management and headless shops, and from development and operations inside the online shop of one of Germany's largest grocery retailers. Both perspectives shape how we approach shop projects.

We do not build shops from scratch without a reason. We build the parts that make the difference: storefronts that stay fast under load, integrations that leave consistent data even during partial outages, and extensions that survive updates to the underlying platform.

What you get

  • Headless storefronts

Decoupled frontends with server-side rendering, built for speed under real load and for being found in search engines.

  • Shop integrations

Connecting ERP, PIM, inventory, payment providers and logistics, with proper error handling instead of silent data loss.

  • Extensions and add-ons

Features the standard does not cover, built so they survive platform updates instead of needing rework with every release.

  • Performance and findability

Analysis and optimisation of load times, rendering and technical SEO, measured against data from real user traffic.

How we work

  1. Find the bottleneck

Is it the frontend, the interfaces or the product data flow? We measure before we build, because the suspected bottleneck often turns out to be a symptom.

  2. Draw the line

What stays standard, what becomes custom development? That boundary determines your maintenance cost for years more than any technology choice does.

  3. Implement

Shipping in small steps with measurement after each one, so improvements are provable and regressions surface early.

  4. Make it safe

Load testing before the season, monitoring of interfaces and a documented way back for the release that turns out not to hold.

Technologies involved

  • Headless commerce architectures with decoupled frontends
  • Vue and Nuxt for server-rendered storefronts
  • API integrations with ERP, PIM and payment providers
  • Caching strategies for catalogue and pricing data
  • Technical SEO as part of the frontend architecture
  • Load testing ahead of seasonal peaks

Common questions about this service

Which shop platforms do you work with?

Our project experience centres on enterprise and headless platforms, including work on a commerce platform with storefront core and shop management. We choose the platform with you, based on your range, your processes and the knowledge in your team.

Is headless worth it for us?

Headless pays off when you serve several channels, have your own frontend team, or keep hitting the limits of a standard frontend. If none of the three applies, the extra effort usually is not justified, and we will say so.

Can you take over an existing shop?

Yes. We start with an assessment of code, integrations and operations and give you an estimate of what needs stabilising now and what should be rebuilt over time.
