Outsourcing Solutions
Capacity that fits in rather than needing to be managed
External development rarely fails on skill. It fails on integration. So we work with named, lasting contacts who learn your domain, not interchangeable resources.
Three models cover most situations: you extend an existing team, you hand over a bounded piece of work entirely, or you hand over operations of a system nobody internally wants to look after any more. All three can be combined and switched as things develop.
Our core team owns architecture, code and the relationship with you. For peak loads and niche topics we draw on a network of freelancers we have worked with before. You do not get an anonymous assignment, you get names and a reason why this particular person fits your project.
What you get
Team extension
A single developer or an entire team, depending on what you need, working inside your processes, your repository and your rituals. You own prioritisation, we bring capacity and quality assurance.
Project ownership
A bounded piece of work with an agreed outcome, its own plan and one contact who is accountable for delivery.
Taking over operations
We take on an existing system including monitoring, updates and incident response, even when we did not build it.
Specialist topics on demand
Focused expertise for bounded questions: performance analysis, a security review, or a migration that comes up once a year.
How we work
Sharpen the need
Is capacity missing, a skill, or accountability? The answer decides the model, and it is rarely the one the conversation starts with.
Staff it
We propose specific people with profiles and availability. You meet them before you commit.
Onboard
The first week is about the domain, not about clearing tickets. Anyone who does not understand why a system exists will keep building in the wrong places.
Hand over or extend
Every engagement ends with an orderly handover. If you extend because the collaboration works, that is a better foundation than a contract with a long notice period.
Technologies involved
- Work inside your repositories, ticket system and review rules
- Named, lasting contacts instead of rotating assignments
- Code reviews and automated quality gates as standard
- Collaboration in German and English
- Vetted freelancer network for peak loads
Common questions about this service
Do you work on site or remotely?
Mostly remotely, with presence where it makes a difference: kickoffs, workshops, critical handovers. We are based in Berlin and serve German-speaking Europe.
How do you ensure quality when freelancers are involved?
Architecture and code ownership stay with the core team. Contributions from the network go through the same reviews and the same automated checks as everything else. We do not place anyone we have not worked with ourselves.
Can we start small?
Yes, and we recommend it. One bounded first engagement shows both sides whether the collaboration works before larger commitments make sense.
